Was the meeting with Terrence and the WVDOH where both parties agreed to split costs of the climbing lane this month or the previous month?

Do you want to mention meeting with Tom Arnold concerning bike locker placement?

Was the proposed parking for the Farmers Market mentioned last month?

Attached is a preliminary report to the Traffic Commission that I'd like your concurrence to present at next Wednesday's TC meeting. I wrote the attached in a hurry and probably made some mistakes and left some things out so please help me. Also, the TC hasn't met since September so I might have omitted something that we've done since then.
