Attached, please find the Morgantown Bicycle Plan Evaluation and Equity sections with the changes marked at last Thursday's meeting.  Since we didn't have a quorum we decided to try to get concurrence on-line.  

By Oct. 14, please review the attached document and reply with your concurrence or with recommended changes.  If you recommend changes, please copy bikeboard@cheat.org on your reply so we can all know what changes you're recommending and perhaps be able to resolve them before our next meeting.  

At our November meeting,  I will bring a hard copy of the plan and ask you all to sign it.   We will plan the roll out of the plan to key stakeholders:  Traffic Commission, City Manager, Police Chief, City Engineer, City Council.
