The City of Morgantown, WV is preparing to submit it's second BFC application in February.  Thanks for posting a PDF of the application at http://www.bikeleague.org/programs/bicyclefriendlyamerica/pdfs/bfc_application_2009.pdf .  Can you provide a format that we can populate?  For example, an MS Word template.  We recognize that the final application must be submitted on-line but we need a format on which we can collaboratively build our application.

Also, if you have experience with other communities whose members have collaborated on the application, could you please share with us what worked?  When we last applied in 2007, several people including the City Manager, Public Works Director, Chief of Police, Parks and Recreation Director, etc. input to the application.  At that time, we worked with a shared MS Word document.  

We are excited to get rolling on this application.  Since our last application, we have implemented most of the recommendations that you gave us and we're looking forward to a re-evaluation.
