Bicycle Board Members,

Please join me in extending gratitude to Damien, Butch, gunnar, Hugh, Marilyn, Betsy and Ryan for what must have been many hours of challenging work completing their sections of the Bicycle Friendly Community award application.

Please find attached, Bicycle Friendly Community Application_2011V01.doc.  This document integrates all the inputs.  Please review it in preparation for our meeting this Thursday when we will finalize it for submission to Jeff Mikorski.  

There are still some rough areas in it that are easy to find by looking for red text and comments in the margin.  If you have solutions to any of those issues, please reply-all to this message with them.  Also, please indicate anything that can be improved.

The attached file is also in Dropbox at http://db.tt/epAJBA0V .  If you accepted the invitation to share the folder, http://db.tt/72JvIyum in which the attached file resides, you can download it, modify it and upload it.  If you do so, please use Track Changes and Comments so we can easily find the changes that you make.

Printing 17 copies of the attached 37 page document will consume 629 sheets of paper and toner so I don't plan to ask Barbara to make 17 copies as usual.  If you want a paper copy of the application on Thursday, please reply before noon tomorrow.
