13 minute video about Netherland's conversion to bike use based on design, policy, and education. bike makes up 25% all trips in netherlands.  50% of all trips in Amsterdam.  What caused the switch? Oil shortage of the 1970s and uproar over vehicle deaths.....charts shows they peaked at about 3,700 deaths a year, a far cry from US auto deaths.  It's a different world.
