When you call members of the judiciary committee you should tell them that the purpose of the bill was to remove the "far to the right" language. Judiciary members can fix it. Maybe del fleischaeur would be willing to speak to that.Frank, I don't have my notes in front of me but please reply to all regarding the number of states that have repealed their far to the right language.

"This is part of the danger of opening the code to make things better – sometimes it can make things worse!" is one reason I resisted us pursuing legislation without first educating all relevant key stakeholders.The fact that the very sponsors of the bill moved to amend it to reinstate the requirement that cyclists ride far to the right displays that they may not understand the dangers to cyclists of such a law.
