My name is Milda Mullins and I'm a broadcast Journalism major at WVU. I'm doing a consumer package on cycling and how it benefits individuals both on a health aspect and a financial aspect. 


I'm emailing to request an interview. I spoke with Mr. Frank Gmeindl (Chairperson, correct?) and we spoke about the possibility of an interview for this coming Tuesday (March 20th) at around 2:30 or 3:00pm. 


For your information, if I were granted an interview, I would be filming it on camera for my package.
