Friends - a few years back we at WVU led the WVU Medicine/Ruby Community Health Needs Assessment. This is a process that all non-profit hospitals have to go through every 3 years so they can identify & address community health needs as part of their tax reporting. My colleagues & I are now updating the assessment, and the first step is a survey of community members.
