Bike Sharing in the United States: State of the Practice and Guide to Implementation: http://www.walkinginfo.org/training/pbic/lc_webinar_04-26-2012.cfm  (I recommend downloading the webinar, then watching it.)

In this same webinar, R.J. Eldridge, Director of Planning for Toole Design Group and Mauricio Hernandez, Transportation Planner with Toole Design Group discuss the results from a guide they were in the process of preparing along with PBIC through a  cooperative agreement with the Federal Highway Administration.   Recently, the completed comprehensive guide was released to the public:  http://www.bicyclinginfo.org/promote/bikeshareintheus.pdf .

Additionally, several Bike Sharing resources can be discovered at http://www.bicyclinginfo.org/bikeshare .

One of my favorite bike sharing links is http://www.cycleushare.com/  - "CycleUshare is the country’s first electric bicycle sharing system. It merges two technologies, e-bikes and bicycle sharing, making shared electric bicycles available to students, faculty and staff at the University of Tennessee."

Here is a link for a infographic for Capital Bikeshare that the Recreation Division of the National Park Service put in their recent newsletter:  http://library.constantcontact.com/download/get/file/1103573720641-160/CabiSecondYear_INFOGRAPHIC_FINAL1.pdf
