Besides some fascinating attachments, e.g. traffic counts, crash rates, etc. you might be interested in the LRTP Priority Evaluation Matrix that the various MPO Committees are going to use to prioritize tier 1 projects in the now approved Long Range Transportation Plan.  In the public meetings, bicycling projects fared well.  Hopefully, they will survive and perhaps even get high priority when evaluated by the Committees.  If you have any ideas for achieving such, please share.
