I agree with Frank. Coordination is key on this matter for everyone concerned. Perhaps a first meeting could just be for information gathering on what WVU is planning. Then could not the Board reflect on their plans and make recommendations?

I cannot make a Monday meeting.

Don

I am planning to call Hugh tomorrow to schedule a meeting with Tyler and me.  Bicycle parking is one of the topics on the agenda.  Maybe we could all meet at the Prete Building?   Presently, we are aiming for Monday an noon if that works with Hugh, but I will send out the details and would be happy to coordinate an email to all interested parties to get a more comprehensive meeting put together.

Hugh, Nick, Greg, Chip,

We need to coordinate with Ryan Post and Bob Merow on campus bike racks or we might collide.

Ok, I got this email today from this guy asking about placing bike racks
around campus. He was initially looking for locations, and I suggested we
could suggest styles as well (I know I don't like the ones outside the Rec).

I'll bring this up at the team meeting, but if anyone has anything on this
subject...

Ryan, Yes, thanks, I am very interested in your recommendations on both the
type of racks and locations. If you could get some info to me before the
semester ends it would be great. I think the plan is to pour some concrete
slabs this summer at the new locations. The rack and or locker info as soon
as possible so that I can get that info to roads and grounds before they
purchase something else. I will keep you posted as things develop. Thanks
again. Bob

I do know that no one has contacted us about this matter.

If you would like input on this, I'm sure many on the team would like to
recommend both locations and rack designs. (Some of the racks, like the ones
by the Rec are not very effective).

Hi, I have been asked to recommend locations for bike racks around campus.
Do you know if anyone from WVU has contacted your organization for input.
Thanks, Bob
