Hi Drew and all Bike Board

I have a favor to ask.   MRTC is interviewing for an on-call engineer to handle Rec Trail Grants and other engineering needed projects.  The interviews are scheduled on evening of Thursday, August 3.  Our usual meeting spaces either will not work or are not available.  Would Bike Board be willing to meet in the large Public Safety Building room and allow MRTC to use the smaller conference room?  We would be meeting from 5-7:30PM.

Feel free to call me or to say No.  I understand one room is easier to set up for discussion.  I will keep going down list of possible other locations.  Ella
