Putting http://www.commuterchoices.com in Susan's press release about Bike Month works for me.  Especially with Bike Month getting top billing on http://www.commuterchoices.com !

What's the chances you could put a link to http://bikemorgantown.com/ on http://www.commuterchoices.com .  I notice you also have a direct link to "Let's Start Biking" there.  Nice.  I think the 7 videos at http://bikemorgantown.com/articles.php?str=2010/08/psas-complete.html may be more applicable to adult commuting.  (Since they're quite difficult to find on the bikemorgantown website, a direct link to them might be worthwhile but I certainly understand real estate limits.)

Susan,

Thanks for the opportunity to review the press release!  Please see my Tracked Changes and Comments in the attached.

Overall, the release is excellent.  Reading it however made me realize that we're too much emphasizing bicycling as a fun and healthy activity and not enough as a means of practical transportation which is what the bicycle plan is primarily intended to accomplish.  The resolution to adopt the bicycle plan (attached) that Council read before voting on the plan summarizes this pretty well.

Traci Liebig will be contacting you about a press release to announce after May 14, the League of American Bicyclists recognition of Morgantown as a bronze level Bicycle Friendly Community.

It's so good to have you working with the Bicycle Board!
