I admit that this is a ploy to get you to read and comment on the Morgantown Bicycle Plan. At our next Bicycle Board meeting April 7, I will bring a hard copy of the plan and ask you to sign it. Between now and then, you can read it at
https://www.dropbox.com/home#:::29108896 . If you see something you don't like, change it. (Please do not turn Track Changes off.) Or, if you don't want to change it but wish to express your thoughts about it, click the New Comment button right above the text and enter your thoughts.
On the Monday, April 4 before our next meeting, I will finalize the plan and send you a notification that the final is available to view. That's the version I'll bring to the April 7 meeting for your signature.
If a majority of you sign the plan at our next meeting, I will send the plan to the stakeholders identified in it to get their comments and hopefully their commitment to implement it.
