Hey guys,
He's done a great job for the Bike Board, right?  If so, think there's something we should do to let him know we'd like to keep him here?  Maybe we could write a letter, write several letters, or approach the city and let them know we think they'd be making a mistake letting him go?  Should we act? 

Any ideas?
