Bicycle Board Members,

I received no response to my message below.  Hanging out on a limb is not pleasant.

Attached is a slightly modified version of the presentation that I sent you in the message below.

If I don't hear from any of you by 5:00 pm tomorrow, Friday, I'm going to send the attached file to the Parkersburg and Charleston Bicycle Boards and suggest we present it to the MPO conference October 27.  I expect they will respond with changes that they'll want to make to showcase their positions and accomplishments.  I will need your help in handling that.

If you do look at the attached file, please notice that it contains slides and notes on the slides and let me know if you see anything wrong or opportunities for improvement in either.  

Please be aware that the WV Secretary of Transportation, Paul Maddox is scheduled to attend this conference and the attached presentation is planned to be presented to the whole audience, e.g. not a breakout session.
