Due to a combination of factors we have been unable to complete the video to a state we are satisfied with within the contract time.&nbsp; We've actually put in a substantial amount of time beyond the contract hours in getting this far.&nbsp; The remaining work is to create the opening scenes/titles and re-shoot
the kids' demonstration of riding skills.&nbsp; We've got actors lined up.&nbsp; Our videographer is no longer available to us, however if a new videographer can be found Positive Spin will continue to help in an
advisory and support capacity.&nbsp; Jeff Mikorski told me that the city has
hired a communications specialists who may be able to complete the
shooting and editing work. <br />

If the city can't supply a videographer, we would suggest going to a commercial vendor and try to get the skills donated.<br />
