Please find attached, the Bicycle Board's proposal for the follow-on Morgantown Effective Bicycling Education Program grant.  

The attached folder includes the proposal, a report of accomplishments over the first year of the current grant and a detailed cost estimate worksheet for the proposed follow-on.  We provide the detailed cost estimate worksheet for your information.  The cost portion of the proposal contains a summary cost for each of the proposed 14 tasks.  We did not include the detailed cost estimate in the proposal because it may contain more detail than the WVDOT wants.
