On March 19; 6:30 pm at the Met Theatre, the WVU Festival of Ideas is presenting Switch, http://festivalofideas.wvu.edu/archive/scott-tinker - a movie at 6:30 followed by a lecture.  I would guess the valets would be needed 6-9:30.

Jonathan Rosenbaum, the current Director of Positive Spin announced at last Thursday's regular monthly Morgantown Municipal Bicycle Board meeting that Positive Spin is going to provide bicycle parking and bicycle valet service for Switch attendees that arrive on bicycles.  Some Bicycle Board members, including Traci Liebig volunteered to try to provide a bike rack.  Nobody volunteered to be valets.
