At the last Bicycle Board Meeting, I took an action item to create slides that describe the Bicycle Board for this month's MPO conference.  Such slides are now 30-41 of the presentation.   I do not intend to present those slides at the conference but they are in the the notes view of the presentation that is now available on BikeMorgantown.com at

The deadline for submitting the presentation was Monday 10/11 so I didn't have time to run it by you however, I will try to make any changes that you give me.
