Dear Frank and Bicycle Board Members,

With regret, I submit my resignation as a member of the Board.  I have a major project that I must devote considerable attention to for the next year, and I cannot find the time to participate as I should as a Board member.  I will continue to advocate bicycling for transportation at WVU, and if you need me to help make connections (etc.) for you at WVU, just holller and I will try.  I have enjoyed and learned a lot from working with you.

Bicycle Board Members,

Please review the Bicycle Board's draft August monthly report to the Traffic Commission at http://dl.dropbox.com/u/9979830/20110907Report_to_TC.doc

I would have attached it to this message  but it contains several photos that make it too big for my ISP to let me send it.

With your concurrence, I will submit it to the Traffic Commission by Friday morning when it is due.
