Board,

Right now we have Andrew Stacy of the communications department drafting a press release for this and other bike month events. (Thanks Andrew!)

If there are other ways you (yes, YOU, intrepid board member!) think you can pitch in, please do! Particularly, if you know how to distribute an announcement through the DOJO system that the Board of Education uses... that would probably be helpful.

Christiaan, if you can think of other ways people can help in particular, please let us know.

Thanks!
Drew

Friends -
It looks like we'll have good participation from Mountainview ES & South MS...and we could use some bike board help with press. Can we get some help putting together a PR & getting traditional news media?

We still have details to work out for each ride re: times in the AM & PM, and meetup locations. But that shouldn't take very long.

I just bought 3, 2'x3' banners using the attached image that should be delivered to our house Monday evening. Don't tell my wife ;) Is anybody willing to reimburse me $150? If not, I don't really care.

Brian Ricketts has agreed to help us take photos...he did a great job with that a few years back.

Those of us on the rides can just crush it with social media. #BikeToSchoolDay #BikeMonth #Morgantown
Also attached is a Word doc that could be used to disseminate info if we want.

Kara & I are in discussions about details & media, but could use help.
Thanks so much!
Christiaan
