Chip,
If I can get over, I will be running late. What currently constitutes a quorum at a Bicycle Board meeting?
If there is a vote for new members, it is a yes from me for Harry, Drew and Jonathan.
I want to thank the Bicycle Board for the representation by Chip during the "Positive Biking Influences" part of Positive Spin's 10th Anniversary this Sunday, and also Mayor Selin and Ella Belling since they are on this list and were representatives, too. I was very pleased with the way the event went, it was much better than I expected, and the speakers really did an excellent job establishing the sphere of influence bicycling initiatives have in our region.
I hope Jing or Frank covers http://universityavenuecorrir.mindmixer.com/topics/all during today's meeting.
