Good morning Terrence,

This would seem to be a most opportune time to install the Mon Blvd. bicycle climbing lane along with the no parking signs.  Since the no parking signs will not extend below the PRT track, we are concerned that now cars will park on the the shoulder below the PRT track and block the bike lane.  For bicyclist safety, the most critical segment of the bicycle climbing lane is from the curve to the top of the hill.

One item that has been delaying installation of the bike lane has been a traffic operations plan that now seems superfluous.
