Hi Frank and BB,

I second Christian's point 4 about pedestrian signals downtown. Has either the city or DOH conducted studies to determine a more fluid system than waiting for all lights to turn red before pedestrian cross signs come on? Is there a story behind this arrangement? I'd love to understand the rationale.

I will be out of town on May 1, if that's the date of the meeting, but I would like an update on:
1) letter to Terri Hough re: process of identifying streets to pave each year
2) request to DOH to study the redesignating route 7 to Green Bag - city taking ownership of Brockway corridor
3) response from CC re budget request made to City Council for $200,000
4) DOH studies of no turn on red & changing ped signals in downtown
5) letter to City Manager (Terrence) re: process for selecting projects in the CIP

Thanks
Christiaan
