Bicycle Boar Members,

Tomorrow (Tue) night, 7:30 at the Morgantown City Council meeting, Mayor Bill Byrne will read the attached Proclamation that May is Morgantown Bike Month.  I understand that he is going to present it to the Chairman of the Bicycle Board, me.  Also attached is what I plan to say if that happens.  If you have any comments on what I plan to say or and suggestions to make it better, please send them to me by tomorrow afternoon.
