Terry,

Thank you for your patience and resolve to perfect this plan!  Please find attached file, MBPv14wchanges.  This file shows your comments and changes that we have made in response to your comments and to Perry Keller's most recent comments.

To address your concern about the project Engineering 18 - bike lane on 705, that is entirely outside City limits we have changed, "Take the lead and work with WVDOH..." to, "Advocate for...".

For project Engineering 17 - climbing lane from Boyers to Patteson that is not entirely in City limits,  we have changed, "Take the lead and work with WVDOH..." to, "Work with the MPO, WVDOH and Star City...".

For project Engineering 28 - trail to connect Falling Run, West Run, Mon River Trail and Bakers Ridge Rd., we have changed, "Take the lead and work with appropriate entities..." to, "Work with the MPO, WVDOH and other appropriate entities..."

As you will see in the attached, we have also addressed your other comments.  The versions of the plan and the comments that we receive with our responses to the comments can all be found at http://db.tt/Bse1rpGr .

As always, we remain open to recommendations for improving this plan.
