Hi All,

Just a reminder that we're scheduled to meet this coming Monday, July 24th from 6 to 7ish in room 324 Brooks Hall, on WVU's downtown campus, off of Beechurst St. (link to Brooks Hall parking in Lot 8 is here).

The meeting will focus on developing a planning 'team' and a planning structure / approach / method, call it what you will.  The structure will include the 'how' (meaning how we move forward), and a rough timeline. 

I have heard back from a few of you (thanks for that); others who are planning to attend please let me know. If you'd like to be on the planning team (recognizing that your participation will involve a meaningful but reasonable commitment of time and effort), let me know by email or phone call.
