Attached is a list off the top of my head of Bicycle Board projects that are incomplete but on-going.  I have been trying to manage many of these projects to completion with unsatisfactory success.  If I overlooked any on-going projects, please let me know and I'll add them to the list.

When you see one or more of the projects on the list, you might say, "Hey, I've been doing all the work on that!"  If so, I'd like to put your name in the column labeled Project Leader and let you take the project to completion without interference from me.  

If there are any projects on the list that you'd like to lead, please reply so we can discuss your taking the lead on it/them.  

I anticipate that my involvement with your projects will be limited to putting them on the agenda for our regular monthly meetings and consulting with you as you require (as I'm required to do by our procedural guidelines).

Any projects that don't have a leader will probably get dropped.
