Right now, the only areas that the County Commission has approved for the plan are the four planning districts - Cheat Lake, Cheat Neck, West Run, and Stewartstown, but we're hoping to show that the entire county would benefit from a plan. As far as transportation, we're creating this plan to complement what the MPO, City of Morgantown, and Star City are doing with Crossroads, so a lot of the transportation direction will benefit from some consistency across the board between the two plans.
