Fouad resists installing the Mon Blvd. Bicycle Climbing lane because a falling rock might hit a cyclist.  Attached are two photos of Huntington bike lanes that were installed in the door zone.  The probability of a cyclist getting hit in these door zone bike lanes by an opening vehicle door is much higher than a cyclist riding up Mon Blvd. getting hit by a rock and yet, WVDOH must have approved these DZBLs if not actually installed them.
