It was such a rush just putting it together, and I'm so proud of all that we (Morgantown bicycling community) accomplished in such a short time putting it together.
***GOOD NEWS: Gov Justice has recently sent out invites to staff the Complete Streets Advisory Board, which was the first action that was supposed to be taken to implement the 2014 (yes, 2014) WV Complete Streets Act. I am hoping that this board will be vital to change the practice and culture of DOH & DOT.
