Thanks to Bridget for taking minutes -- for the third time this year! 

Regarding the general meeting next week, expect to review our options for the 2018 TAP grant cycles and an update to the Morgantown-area bicycle network. I'm hoping to hear an update from that annual event committee too, but I don't know if y'all have met yet. Please send me any agenda items -- I'll issue a draft agenda later tonight or tomorrow morning.

Here are the minutes from October's meeting. Some highlights include: 

Decisions:

1. Approved: September minutes, stickers for bicycle friendly city signs, try to get sharrows installed on the Jones-Raleigh corridor

2. Postponed tour de sharrow until February unless new sharrows are put down on Rawley sooner

3. Form committee to plan and organize yearly events

4. Move November social rides to Sunday to ensure daylight as fall sets in and the days get shorter

Some new action items

1. All: go to neighborhood meetings to tell everyone about bike board; D. Gatlin will send a reminder email and details about neighborhood association meetings

2. All: Read and share new articles on bike infrastructure

3. H. Grandon, M. Newcomb, C. Wamsley, B. O’Meara, B. Rota to meet to form annual event committee.
